Kansas City has one of the most vibrant and well-established disc golf communities. The city's history with the sport dates back to the late 1970s and early 1980s and the scene has grown steadily thanks to strong local leadership, a dedicated volunteer base, and a culture that welcomes both casual and competitive players.
